When will my order be shipped, and when will I get it?
Orders ship according to the stated lead time on each product page. If you order a product with an availability of 1-2 days, your order will ship within 1-2 business days. Please see the chart below for examples. An order containing multiple items will ship with the longest lead time item. We do not split ship unless requested to do so. Additional shipping charges may apply on split shipments.
Large (25 or more items) or bulk orders may take an extra day or two for processing.

*Transit time via UPS Ground is 1-3 days to over 95% of the Continental US. Some zip codes take 4-5 business days, mostly southern TX. AK and HI take 6 business days. Please note if there is an item on your order that is flammable, compressed gas, etc your order may take up to 5-6 business days as these orders need to be shipped via a ground shipping method. If you select an air shipping method it will automatically be shipped ground. For free shipping we use the method that is least expensive for your location. Free shipping takes 3-7 business days.
Please note that an expedited shipping method does not mean your order will ship on the same day. top
The Bike Shop.com ships via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). You may choose standard shipping, or a variety of expedited shipping methods. The available shipping methods and prices are shown on the shipping selection page during checkout.
If you are using a PO Box, select USPS for shipment. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
The Bike Shop.com is proud to ship to the military. If using and APO or FPO address you need to use USPS. UPS does not ship to APO and FPO addresses. top
Shipping prices for your order are automatically calculated during checkout. Due to the large size of some items such as wheels, trailers, etc, a dimensional weight is used instead of the actual weight. Shipping prices reflect our actual shipping cost. Our goal is to not make money on shipping, but not lose it, either.
Please note that the shipping prices are not guaranteed. We ship such a wide variety of items that it is not always possible to get an exact quote from the shipping estimator. The costs vary greatly by size. If we cannot ship the package for the rate you were quoted, you will be contacted with a revised quote. Also there may be some items on the site that are too large to ship USPS. You will be contacted if we need to remove an item and we will ship the remainder of your order that is within the size guidelines. Our shipping calculator does recognize most of these items and may tell you we do not ship to your location..
The Bike Shop.com currently ships to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Please note that you will be responsible for any taxes and duties that your country charges on import. These fees are normally collected as a COD when the package is delivered.
For Australia New Zealand and United Kingdom, we use the Postal Service to ship.
For Canadian shipments you can choose between USPS and UPS.
For UPS shipments: A flat $10 brokerage fee is payable to UPS for orders from $20 - to $200, in addition to the PST and GST. Under $20 brokerage is free. Over $200 standard UPS brokerage rates apply.
If an international order is refused, you will be responsible for all costs (freight, brokerage, and customs fees) incurred by The Bike Shop.com.

We offer free local pickup for orders placed on the website. As a local customer you can have access to our entire online catalog and have your order shipped to the store for free. Please note we do not stock everything on our site in our retail store. Each item on the site has a stated availability for pickup in store. After your order is placed, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this email before coming to the store to ensure your order is ready and to ensure a smooth pickup experience.
In order to receive online pricing, you must place your order online. Retail in store prices may be higher and we are unable to match online pricing.
Receiving Your Order
We do not normally have any issues with shipping merchandise, however there have been a few occurrences of damage to the product caused by the shipper. Please inspect your package thoroughly when it is received, before signing the shipping documents. Please refuse packages that show obvious signs of damage. The Bike Shop.com is not responsible for damaged merchandise. It is the buyers responsibility to make a damage claim with the shipper, however we will help where we can. All merchandise shipped is fully insured for the retail value of the merchandise.top
Refunds and Exchanges
We have a 30 day refund and exchange policy if product was not used and a 15% restocking fee. If item is used we will refund at cost of used item as we deem appropriate. Return shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds.
